根据上面的出错提示找到了原因，原来我在应用程序池中启用了CPU监视，‍FASTCGI模式不支持CPU监视，禁用CPU监视后就正常了。

近期部分用户反应安装网站狗V3.0版本后，如果使用FastCGI会提示错误，如下FastCGI ErrorThe FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details:Error Number: 5 (0x80070005).Error Description:HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.Internet Information Services (IIS)问题原因：网站安全狗的“禁止IIS执行程序”这个功能禁止了FastCGI.exe这个程序执行，FastCGI相当于一个第三方程序被IIS执行（跟异常程序执行的行为是一样的，因此被拦截）解决办法：网站安全狗界面启动的时候其实默认已经会去获取FastCGI的路径，并自动加入内置白名单；若用户发现还是存在拦截问题，可以手动在“禁止IIS执行程序”界面下添加FastCGI的路径到“应用程序路径白名单”列表中，如下图所示
